quaint spot in a car wash plaza. Very convenient if you want to get gas and boba. It is actually a very spacious place inside and I love the layout of the different types of sitting areas. Not too cramped I got the sea salt lavender peach oolong tea. Plenty of artisan and fun gimmicky drinks offerings here. I found the sea salt foam to be too thick and heavy. There is one self-order kiosk but you have to pay a service fee which I have never seen before. If you order at the counter, there is no fee. Additionally, if you pay with cash, you don't need to pay tax. They have claw machines inside but no bathroom. You have to go to the gas station convenience store for that.

Located in a random spot but in chevron. Random but when you enter the vibes are definitely different. Plenty of parking as its a gas station and if not theres street parking as well. Lots of drink options and has a kiosk for you to order or you can order online. Plenty of seating areas and I guess as you get your car washed you can enjoy a cup of boba.

Bayleaf is a newish tea spot in Milpitas that's attached to a gas station. It was a bit confusing at first to find it but once you're inside, you'll feel like you're in an entirely different world. You can order drinks either at the kiosk or at the counter. There were two staff members present doing all the orders and making drinks, so expect to wait a few more minutes than normal. I ordered a Black Milk Tea with with Pumpkin Spiced Oat Milk to make it a bit more exciting for the fall season. To no surprise, it worked well and I loved getting my PSL-ish drink of the season. My partner's Passion Fruit Tea was definitely better overall. It tasted like it had real passion fruit inside which we loved, so I may consider a fruit tea next time. The vibe is chill but a bit weird because you'll see random people walking through to access the gas station convenience store. You can almost play a guessing game of who is actually here for boba and who is here for the Doritos, or both! PS: I'm surprised there's not a single picture of the Pokemon Bayleaf inside this entire shop lol.

This is my go to boba place & im not even a boba person! I’m more of a Vietnamese dessert, person, but hey, this boba place is sooo delish, I sometimes get their drinks 2x a week! I’ve gotten the Frenzy series which includes Purple frenzy & Strawberry shortie, these 2 r my fav & I just tried their Salted Carmel Butter Scotch Boba milk with 25% sugar & less ice & the boba is just perfect, nice & chewy, like they just made it. Thr place is located on the side of a gas station but it’s really cute and clean. The servers are super nice they always explain in detail what is inside the drinks. Highly recommend this place for sure!

Great, relaxing atmosphere. Well furnished cafe room. A fun crane machine. Tasty drinks. Fair pricing. Polite service. I ordered the lavender milk tea and it was very good. Asked for 25% sweetness and it was perfect for my taste. The lavender flavoring is very good. I highly recommend it.

Came here on the recommendation of a coworker, cuz she knows I'm very particular with my boba milk tea drinks. Don't let the gas station location fool you. Lol. Couple of us were hesitant. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the interior...and especially the two drinks we tried: jasmine green milk tea 25% sugar with brown sugar boba and Thai milk tea 25% sugar with boba. They didn't have the Jasmine MT but happily accommodated my request. Tea was very aromatic and fragrant, my type of tea, and milk was not powder. Boba was a little tad on chewy side but soft, overall 4.5* for this jasmine drink. The Thai MT was balanced and great as well, rivals the best Thai MT restaurant drinks, 5*. A plus was the option to adjust the sugar level of the Thai MT, unlike many other places. They also offered to make adjustments upon delivery of drinks, which was great. I would return and venture with their other drinks.

WOW absolutely a Wonderful experience here!!! Took me less then 10 minutes away from me. I’m so glad I pick this Bayleaf Tea to celebrate my day. The interior Designs is definitely fabulous. Just like the happiest princess that I am! We love the popular Purple Frenzy! Plenty of other Delicious Milk Teas and Fresh Fruit Teas! Beautiful location connected to everything! The Chevron gas station and the car wash right next door! Very Pleasant, happy, Relaxing Atmosphere. Truly enjoyed hanging out with my family and friends. Absolutely Lovely!!!

The folks here are super kind!! The digital kiosk menu didn't list the ingredients so I accidentally ordered something with coffee in it (unfortunately I can't have caffeine for medical reasons). I told the owners there and they were super nice and remade another drink caffeine free for me! I was still allowed to keep the old drink (so I gave it to my sister lol). And the drinks are super satisfying!! Bayleaf is a sweet place to be!!
